Depending on the warranty, you may prefer a credit or a refund. Had a change of heart?
If you change your mind about an order – no worries! Simply contact us at email@example.com for a refund of your order. Of course, we’d expect the goods to still be, well, good. That means unopened, unused, not worn or damaged, and in original packaging with all accessories included.
Your customer service advisor will advise you regarding the return method. You are welcome to a refund minus any delivery/postage charges, however a restocking fee of 10% of item value or $7.50 (the greater of) may apply. This will be processed inside 5 working days from receipt of goods.
